1. Log on to the Mountain Mentor website at www.toledomountainmentors.org
2. Click on the ‘Join Us’ tab
3. Click on ‘Become a Mentor’
4. Complete the online form and click submit
5. You will receive a call from a Mountain Mentor representative within the week for a follow-up interview
6. Attend a mentor training session
7. Begin making a positive difference in a young person’s life
